Is an inverter included in this package?
No. This package includes 12 battery modules, BMS, and rack only. A compatible Sunsynk hybrid inverter must be ordered separately.
Can I add more storage beyond 61.44kWh?
This is the maximum single-stack configuration (12 modules per BMS). For additional capacity, a second complete system would be required with its own BMS and rack, connected to a second inverter or a parallel-capable inverter with dual battery inputs.
What is the difference between the 20.48kWh and 61.44kWh systems?
The 20.48 kWh system (SUN-HV-20.48) includes 4 battery modules in a compact cabinet (1,040 mm tall, 279 kg total). The 61.44 kWh system includes 12 modules in a full-height rack (2,240 mm tall, 644 kg total). Both use the same HV battery modules and BMS. The 20.48 kWh system can be expanded with additional modules but would eventually require the larger rack.
What floor loading is required?
The fully loaded system weighs 644 kg concentrated in a 589 x 590 mm footprint. The installation surface must be assessed to confirm it can support this weight safely.
